Return Eligibility
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
All original packaging, including tags and accessories, must be included.
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email support@fireflystyle.com.
Include your order number and a short explanation of the reason for the return.
Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
FireFlyStyle is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, exchanges are available upon request.
Please contact support@fireflystyle.com so we can assist you before you send your item back.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional days to complete the transfer.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a refund for the returned item price once approved.
